Matt Fonk brings more than 25 years in real estate operations and leasing, including managing about 220 leases at one time. That meant tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance, vendor crews, renewals, and owner reporting every day, until he sold that book of business in 2023 to focus on small bay flex. That experience built a practical understanding of occupancy, collections, maintenance, tenant communication, renewals, and the details that shape property performance.
